We empower professionals to take ownership of their careers while delivering innovative solutions to our clients worldwide.As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our U.S. operations by identifying and attracting top engineering talent within the Data Center and Commissioning industry.About the RoleThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for highly specialized engineering positions across the United States, with a primary focus on:Mechanical Commissioning EngineersElectrical Commissioning EngineersThis role requires a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of technical hiring within engineering and mission-critical environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering positions across the U.S. market.Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.Conduct candidate screenings and assess technical and cultural fit.Build and maintain talent pipelines for Commissioning and Data Center-related positions.Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and market trends.Coordinate candidate interviews and provide an exceptional candidate experience.Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS.Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find engineering talent.Promote TMC's Employeneurship model and employer brand to potential candidates.Required QualificationsMust HaveBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.Experience recruiting for one or more of the following:Commissioning EngineersMechanical EngineersElectrical EngineersData Center professionalsMEP professionalsCritical Facilities professionalsAdvanced sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition tools.Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) – Mandatory.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience supporting recruitment efforts for the U.S. market.Experience recruiting within Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Construction, Energy, or Industrial Engineering sectors.Experience working in an international environment.What We OfferOpportunity to work directly with TMC USA and international stakeholders.Exposure to one of the fastest-growing industries: Data Centers and Commissioning.Career development opportunities within a general organization.Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture through TMC's unique Employeneurship model.Competitive compensation package and benefits.Work ArrangementLanguage Requirement: Advanced English (daily interaction with U.S.-based teams and candidates)Join TMC and help us connect world-class engineering talent with some of the most exciting Data Center projects in North America.
