ETALLURGIST ENGINEER

The Metallurgist Engineer supervise and manage processes related to the production, processing, and analysis of metals and alloys, ensuring that these processes are efficient, safe, and meet established quality standards, thus contributing to the company's success and growth in the sector. Responsibilities:
- Daily process walkthroughs, monitoring metal transformation to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform metallurgical analysis, laboratory testing, and material evaluations to ensure products meet technical and regulatory specifications.
- Production optimization, identifying areas for improvement in existing processes and proposing solutions to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Regulatory compliance and safety, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with safety and environmental regulations and meeting quality standards and industry regulations.
- Interdepartmental collaboration, working as a team with other departments such as engineering, maintenance, quality,



and production to resolve technical issues and optimize overall operations.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with applicable safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations and standards to achieve regulatory compliance in your area.
- Mentor production, process engineering, quality, and maintenance personnel.
- Assertive communication with Corporate
- Assist in the primary contact for issues related to the metal composition of the casting product.
- Manage and train their resources.
- Documentation and reporting, maintaining accurate records of processes, test results, and analyses, and preparing technical reports and recommendations for management and other teams.
