We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Process Engineer to join our operations team.



This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes. The adecuado candidate combines strong technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset, driving efficiency, safety, and profitability.

In your future role as Process Engineer you will
- Analyze, monitor, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-based decision-making.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports with actionable insights.
- Develop, update, and standardize operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Conduct root cause problem solving analysis (RCPS), cause mapping, and problem-solving activities to eliminate process
