Job DescriptionLead end-to-end execution of manufacturing-related projects including equipment installations, process improvements, plant expansions, and NPI initiativesDevelop detailed project plans and corporate‐level presentations including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverablesEnsure alignment with plant production schedules and operational constraintsDrive adherence to stage‐gate or structured project management processesApply Lean and Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV) methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughputLead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and process optimization initiativesUtilize data‐driven decision‐making to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutionsTrack and report measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and safety (CQDS)Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and EHS teamsEnsure seamless integration of projects into daily plant operationsCoordinate activities across multiple manufacturing sites (U.S. and Mexico)Support standardization of processes and best‐practice sharing across locationsIdentify and mitigate project risks impacting production, safety, or qualityEnsure all projects comply with OSHA (U.S.), NOM (Mexico), and company EHS standardsPromote a strong safety‐first culture in all project activitiesConduct risk assessments and implement corrective / preventive actionsDevelop and manage capital expenditure (CapEx) budgetsTrack project costs, ROI, and financial performanceIdentify cost‐saving opportunities and ensure efficient use of resourcesSupport business case development and post‐implementation reviewsAct as primary liaison between plant leadership and project teamsProvide clear,



data‐driven project updates to stakeholders and senior leadershipManage expectations across diverse, cross‐cultural teamsFacilitate project reviews, milestone tracking, and escalation managementKey QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field5–8+ years of project management experience in industrial manufacturing or plant operationsProven success managing capital projects, process improvements, or NPI in a plant environmentStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.G., assembly, machining, automation)Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)Reporting software experience (Noetix, Crystal Reports)Advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)Travel required (approximately *****%) between Aiken, Mexicali, and Saltillo locationsData analysis skills (Minitab, Excel, or similar tools preferred)Understanding of CapEx planning and industrial equipment integrationEnglish Level B2 as minimum requiredPreferred QualificationsPMP (Project Management Professional)Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (required or strongly preferred)BenefitsWe prioritize employee wellbeing with adaptable, competitive benefits plans that support physical, mental, financial, and social needs.
