we are seeking an automotive validation engineer with 2–3 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in infotainment validation / testing. The adecuado candidate should have hands-on experience in validating automotive infotainment systems, testing features, and ensuring high-quality product performance.

key responsibilities:

- perform validation and testing of automotive infotainment systems including radio, navigation, bluetooth, connectivity, audio, display, and hmi features.
- develop, execute, and maintain test cases based on system requirements.
- perform functional, regression, integration, and system-level testing.
- identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- work closely with development teams, system engineers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- validate software releases and support vehicle-level testing.
- analyze logs, trace files, and test results for root cause analysis.




- ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and validation processes.
- participate in test planning, status reporting, and quality reviews.

required skills:

- 2–3 years of experience in automotive validation / testing.
- strong experience in automotive domain.
- mandatory hands-on experience in infotainment testing.
- good knowledge of bluetooth, usb, carplay, android auto, navigation, audio systems.
- experience in can tools like canoe / canalyzer is preferred.
- knowledge of vehicle communication protocols: can, lin preferred.
- experience with defect tracking tools such as jira / alm / bugzilla.
- strong debugging and analytical skills.
- good communication and teamwork skills.

preferred qualifications:

- experience working with oems / tier-1 automotive clients.
- exposure to agile methodology.
- understanding of software validation lifecycle.

education:

- bachelor’s degree in electronics, electrical, computer science, mechanical, or related field.
