responsibilities
- support the management and follow-up of a small customer portfolio.
- assist with reporting activities and data tracking within the collections team.
- help maintain and update customer account information and collection records.
- utilize excel to analyze and organize operational data.
- learn and work with tools such as sap and highradius to support daily activities.
- participate in continuous improvement projects and administrative tasks within the department.
requirements
- currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field.
- intermediate excel skills.
- intermediate to advanced english proficiency.
- strong analytical and organizational skills.
- detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- willingness to learn and develop within a finance and collections environment.
