are you a fit?

we are seeking a visual designer (production design) to support integral marketing initiatives by creating brand-aligned visual assets across digital and print formats. This role requires strong production design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality assets within structured design systems and tight timelines.

key responsibilities

- visual asset production : design and produce digital and print content including ads, email graphics, social media assets, presentations, and collateral.
- brand consistency : apply brand guidelines and design systems to ensure compliance and accessibility.
- production-ready deliverables : deliver assets based on templates with minimal creative input, incorporating feedback from senior designers and marketing leads.
- collaboration : work closely with creative leads and offshore teams to manage high-volume deliverables.





must-have skills

- 5–6 years of experience in visual or graphic design in production environments.
- bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication, or related field.
- english level: b2 advanced or c1 .
- proficiency in adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign).
- familiarity with digital, print, and editorial formats.
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and style guides.
- basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles .
- ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in fast-paced environments.

nice-to-have

- ai tooling proficiency : ability to leverage ai tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation, and recommend effective ai use in workflows.
- experience with content management platforms (e.g., aem).
- familiarity with collaborative design platforms such as figma.
- experience in regulated industries (financial, pharma, legal).
- understanding of marketing workflows and review cycles.
