key responsibilities:

- act as client-facing expert on transition tools, reporting, and automation (power bi, power automate, copilot, claude code)
- lead end-to-end tools deployment strategies and drive user adoption
- design and deliver training on ai, automation, and reporting capabilities
- provide strategic recommendations on operational efficiencies and continuous improvement
- partner with delivery teams to ensure quality and client success
