1. receive and record invoices in accordance with company’s policies
2. review the authorization to the service/products in accordance with the corporate/local matrix.
3. support on requested information with internal and external auditors and sox requirements.
4. follow up on service partnership agreements.

requirements:

skills:

- desired ability and proficiency in microsoft office programs (including excel and word)
- communication skills
- flexibility to function under varied timeframes and adapt as the external environment and organization evolve

languages:

- basic to medium level of english

experience:

- desire experience in accounts payable.

education:

- bachelor’s degree in accounting or related work experience.
