additional responsibilities:

qualifications:

2-year associates degree in cad design or 4-year bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or aerospace from an abet-accredited university or international equivalent.

2+ years of experience in product design, preferably within the automotive tier 1 space.

deep understanding in plastics, metal stampings and a-surface development.

software experience:

design software: catia, nx – expert.

plm software: teamcenter, enovia, sap, agile – functional working knowledge.

- knowledge of design, product change and automotive standard and procedures (fmvss, euro, nom, asme, iso, cr-cn, etc)
