this role will be responsible for leading a key manufacturing operation within a high-volume production environment, ensuring strong execution across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people management.

lead daily manufacturing operations and production performance.

manage operational teams in a shop-floor environment.

drive improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality, and service levels.

partner with cross-functional teams to solve operational issues.

promote continuous improvement and strong execution discipline.

experience leading cnc machining / machining operations is required

experience leading manufacturing operations.

strong shop-floor leadership and kpi management.

experience managing direct and indirect teams.

continuous improvement mindset.

ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

english is mandatory.
