profile

- bachelor's degree: automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field
- at least 2-3 years of experience in technical training on internal combustion and electric vehicles
- direct experience with electric vehicle (ev) technology
- demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing technical training curricula
- strong track record of effectively delivering complex technical information to diverse audience
- experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- experience in coaching or mentoring technical staff
