what will you do?
- support the finance and plant controlling team by preparing monthly financial reports, assisting in internal and external audits, automating reports and improving financial processes.
- interact with operational areas to gather relevant data for financial analysis and contribute to the monthly plant closing.
- help document financial processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

who will you report to?
you will report to the business finance sr. Analyst , working under the guidance of a collaborative finance team. You’ll also interact with operational stakeholders across the plant, gaining visibility into production, logistics, and cost control processes. This is a contributor role with opportunities to take initiative and lead small improvement projects.
what qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field , graduating in july 2027 or later.
- intermediate excel skills are required (pivot tables, formulas, charts), and familiarity with systems like sap is a plus.
- a basic understanding of financial and cost accounting concepts will help you succeed.
- intermediate english proficiency is preferred for reading reports and basic communication.
- proactive attitude, taking initiative and ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
