we're looking for a tsa exit & separation program manager to support a large-scale business separation across latam. This role will lead market readiness, tsa exit execution, operational transitions, and cross-functional coordination between general and local teams.

key requirements:
- 6-8+ years of program/project management experience
- strong background in m&a;, carve-outs, divestitures, business separations, or tsa exit programs
- experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries
- exposure to operational readiness, contract novation, legal entities, and transition management
- healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or consulting experience preferred
