- analyze customer demand fluctuations and adjust production plans accordingly.
- balance production capacity with customer requirements while minimizing overtime and inventory.
- coordinate daily and weekly production schedules with production managers and supervisors.
- review material availability with purchasing and material planning teams.
- monitor production constraints and develop recovery plans when necessary.
- ensure production schedules support customer delivery requirements (jit/jis where applicable).
- lead weekly production planning meetings.

- 5+ years of experience in production planning or master scheduling.
- experience in the automotive industry (tier 1 preferred).
