we are looking for a junior business development representative based in cdmx to support b2b growth through proactive prospecting and outbound sales activities. This role is idóneo for a driven sales professional with strong cold-calling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term business relationships in a fast-paced environment.

you have

- 1.5+ years of experience working in a sales environment (b2b experience is desirable).
- strong experience in cold calling and lead prospecting within a b2b environment.
- technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand products and services.
- experience handling high-volume outbound calling.
- strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
- excellent knowledge of ms office tools (excel, powerpoint, outlook).

you will

- provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.




- develop strong product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client needs and requirements.
- proactively identify and address customer concerns or roadblocks that may impact satisfaction or product usage.
- manage competitive pressures and handle objections to retain existing customers and acquire new ones.
- manage a high volume of customer and prospect interactions via phone and email, with the majority of communication being outbound.
- collaborate closely with your team and management to ensure a professional and consistent customer experience.
- maintain and update the crm system to ensure all customer and prospect data is accurate and up to date.
- execute sales motions including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, customer advocacy, and contract renewals.
- work as part of a sales team and report directly to a sales manager.
