OverviewWe are looking for an Operations Associate with 4-7 years of experience in operations, logistics and/or supply chain to work closely with an Operations Manager on 1-4 client accounts at any given time.
The ideal candidate is capable of handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
This is a key role providing the adecuado candidate with exposure to a diverse range of early stage brands with the opportunity to directly impact their success.This is a remote, contract position.ResponsibilitiesGeneral list of responsibilities that will vary by client and will be clearly defined in each scope of work:Manage wholesale order fulfillment from PO receipt to delivery, and, if required, invoicingCoordinate with external partners such as comans, vendors & warehouses on projects & POsSourcing, procurement, and delivery of raw materials to manufacturing/coman facilitiesTrack inventory of finished goods and components across multiple locationsQuote and contract freight partners for domestic and international shipmentsBuild, write, and maintain SOPs on operational activities to create efficiency and accuracyCreate and manage tools to help monitor and track operational KPIs (i.e. COGS, OTIF, etc.)Provide data gathering, analysis, and reporting to help make strategic decisionsDocument and improve operations, logistics and supply chain processesMaintain and help optimize operational models and toolsReview and audit operational activity data for accuracy (i.e. receiving reports, invoices,
etc.)Qualifications, skills & requirementsDetail orientedA self-starter and resourcefulStrong written and spoken EnglishThinks creatively and proactivelyWilling to learn and be coachedGreat time management and task prioritizationComfortable establishing order in chaotic situationsSeeks a flexible and remote work environmentInterested in early stage companies and business strategyProficient in Excel (can use common formulas like VLOOKUP, IF statements, INDEX MATCH, etc)Strong with data analysis and turning data points into useful information & recommendationsExperience working directly for a US-based CPG company/brandAn understanding of US work, video call, and email cultureBachelor's degree, or equivalent4+ years of experience in operations, logistics or supply chain managementAbout usBravo CPG provides fractional operations support to early stage, rapidly growing CPG brands.
