What You’ll Actually Do
- Own the executive calendar across multiple companies and priorities.
- Coordinate complex project timelines with authors, publishers, and Amazon operations.




- Manage high-stakes communication with bestselling authors and enterprise partners.
- Build systems that scale across different business models and industries.
- Handle confidential deals, contracts, and strategic partnerships.
- Filter and prioritize incoming opportunities so the executive focuses on what matters. Coordinate travel, events, and author meetings with perfect execution.
- Manage vendor relationships, payments, and operational logistics.
- Create order from chaos when priorities shift at the speed of business.

What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience with high-growth companies.
- This is key: You have managed executives running multiple businesses simultaneously. Exceptional written and verbal communication in English.
- Experience with complex calendar management across time zones.
- Huge plus if you have worked with authors, publishers, or Amazon businesses.
