AT&T; is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer based in Mexico City. In this role, you will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the secure and efficient deployment of our applications and infrastructure in the Azure cloud. The idóneo candidate will have hands-on experience with the Azure ecosystem, a strong background in software development and operations, and a passion for implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and propose infrastructure architectures.
- Design and automate infrastructure deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).




- Identify and deliver DevOps improvements enabled by AI/ML.
- Participate in cross-regional best practices guilds and knowledge exchange initiatives.
- Implement and maintain security tools, processes, and best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of applications and infrastructure.
- Stay up to date with changes in security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on secure coding practices, threat modeling, and risk management.
- Monitor and analyze security logs, alerts, and reports to identify and respond to potential security incidents.
- Participate in incident response and post-mortem analyses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
