Overview: The D2R transformation aims to resolve bottlenecks, silos, and disconnects across business processes, data, and technologies to deliver a fully integrated and seamless end-to-end customer, partner, and employee experience. As a Business Process Analyst,



you will play a crucial role in supporting Global Business Process Leaders by optimizing and enhancing business processes. Key deliverables of this program include streamlined processes, standardized governance, an integrated data model, connected quotes across our portfolio, and opportunity linkage between new, renew, and cross-sell/upsell – ultimately providing a 360-degree view of our customer.
