What are your contributions to the team?
- Responsible to coordinate all activities related to Annual Planning Cycle. (Strategic Enterprise Alignment)
- Lead and/or co-lead the project team responsible for achieving the objectives at Bombardier Aerospace Mexico Leadership Team level.
- Coordinate communication with all stakeholders of the project at Directors level.
- Facilitate and manage resources to mitigate blockages and risks at site level and projects, (Enterprise Risk Management, ERM)
- Manage project restrictions (scope, time, cost and quality)
- Apply a standard to manage projects, involves areas of knowledge such as: integration, scope, schedule, costs, quality, people, communications, risks and purchases.
- Establish and execute the communication strategy with all stakeholders.
- Enable teams in project management methodology
