Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilledPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with strong experience in Mobility, focused on Network Optimization and Network Planning.This role is responsible for ensuring optimal performance, capacity, and quality of service across mobile networks, supporting continuous improvement and expansion strategies.The idóneo candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with hands-on technical expertise in mobile network environments.Key ResponsibilitiesMobility - Network OptimizationAnalyze mobile network performance KPIs (throughput, latency, call drop rate, handovers, etc.)Identify performance gaps and implement optimization strategiesPerform parameter tuning and configuration adjustmentsConduct drive test analysis and post-processingSupport troubleshooting of RF and core-related mobility issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve network quality and customer experienceNetwork PlanningSupport capacity planning and network expansion projectsAnalyze traffic growth trends and forecast future needsAssist in site planning, sectorization,



and coverage improvementsEvaluate new technology deployments (4G, 5G)Prepare technical reports and performance dashboardsRequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field3+ years of experience in mobile network engineeringStrong knowledge of LTE and/or 5G technologiesExperience with mobility parameters (handover, load balancing, neighbor relations)Experience with network optimization tools and performance monitoring systemsUnderstanding of RF principlesExperience analyzing KPIs and performance dataNice to HaveExperience with drive test tools (TEMS, Nemo, etc.)Experience working with vendors (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei)Knowledge of scripting (Python or similar for data analysis)Experience in multi-vendor environmentsKey CompetenciesStrong analytical thinkingProblem-solving mindsetAbility to work in fast-paced environmentsClear communication skillsTeam collaborationBenefits100% RemoteContractor schemeMXN paymentCollaborative environment
