Overview

Contribute to the TDW finance team by performing corporate accounting activities and participating in the establishment and monitoring of accounting policies and procedures. The Accountant Analyst will perform a variety of accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Performs a variety of accounting activities
- Review and validate expense reports (CONCUR), ensuring proper supporting documentation, correct account coding, VAT application, weekly posting, and timely follow-up
- Provide support in Accounts Payable activities, including basic review of invoices and purchase orders to ensure accurate accounting records
- Assist in the control, recording, and updating of Fixed Assets records
- Administrative management of insurance, calculation and monitoring of amortizations, and accurate accounting records to ensure accounting and tax compliance
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager on assigned tasks
- Prepare and support account reconciliations,



timely complete the monthly corporate accounting checklist and related account analyses
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Develop and contribute to a positive team dynamic to ensure high performance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process within the team

Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 3-5 years

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

- Strong technical accounting skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to understand overall business operations and perform analytical reviews
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team and with all levels of employees
- Proficient in the use of accounting software packages and capable of performing advanced spreadsheet applications
- Ability to meet deadlines
