We have an outstanding opportunity for an early career professional at our Formica Mexico headquarters as a Marketing Specialist.ResponsibilitiesImplement and execute assigned initiatives such as specific marketing events; coordinate Formica Studio agenda: in collaboration with Sales, set the tour visit sessions.Implement and execute merchandising initiatives with key customers, based on the Marketing Plan.
Set metrics and tracking.
Execute improvements as needed.Collaborate with North America Marketing team members, according to the projects assigned (regional collateral & content, such as video campaigns, translations, etc.).
Support marketing campaigns and product introductions into Mexican Market.Other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing,



management or any relevant field~4 years of proven experience in Marketing or Commercial areasAbility to prioritize and manage time effectivelyProblem-solving, analytic, results & action-oriented, teamwork playerProven analysis, tracking and follow-up skillsDemonstrate initiative and adaptabilityAdvanced written and spoken English & SpanishProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsAvailable to work either at the Formica facilities and/or Formica Studio and/or remoteAvailable for traveling across domestic market, for trade activities including customer visitsPassion for design and curiosity.
