Job Description

The key role of the Coordinator will be to serve as the guardian of Tier 2 supplier maturity and capacity risk, proactively preventing issues during ramp-up, potential line stoppages, sequencing failures, and capacity gaps that could impact plant operations. The Coordinator will be responsible for the MP&L; function across the supplier base, ensuring compliance with all BMW NCAR milestones (RG4, RG5, and RG6)



as well as all LOPA test cases applicable to the SLP plant.

Responsibilities
- Supplier Risk Assessment and Due Diligence — Conduct structured risk assessments for each Tier 2 supplier, evaluating installed capacity versus demand, financial health, sub-supplier dependency, logistics performance history, labor and energy contingencies, and disruption recovery capabilities.
- NCAR Supplier Monitoring — Maintain a structured weekly follow-up process with NCAR suppliers in accordance with BMW guidelines and criteria. Each supplier is assessed using a defined risk-rating scale, with actionable findings and mitigation plans identified.
- Production Planning and Scheduling — Process daily customer requirements and schedule production accordingly, always considering proven production line capacity and inventory levels in alignment with the pre-series production plan.
