Position Summary
Finance Sr.
Specialist is responsible for the analysis and accuracy of product cost, price and usage variance as well as the integrity of inventory accounts, ensuring product costing – pricing is based on accurate product costs, measures such as scrap, purchase price, and material usage variances.
This information enables management to take actions as necessary to achieve organizational goals, drives yearly standard price set‐up, and loads new materials and products into the standard price system.
Responsibilities
Perform analysis of product and material cost variations.
Audit and optimize continuously the formulas used for costings, determining the root cause of variations in standard costs.
Perform account reconciliations in accordance with company policies and processes.
Track expenses.
Qualifications
Degree in accounting or finance.
4–8 years of relevant experience.
Desirable certifications.
Strong analytical skills.
Product costing, CAPEX & project management experience (desirable).
Strong Excel skills, experience with MPR, accounting systems, reporting and consolidation systems.
Bilingual capability, proven leadership and excellent communication skills.
Physical & Environmental Demands




Role is primarily in a manufacturing facility with regular site visits and interaction with production teams.
Requires wearing personal protective equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
Involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.
Occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits.
Work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.
