This role is critical in shaping how inDrive scales, connects with users, and strengthens its position as a fair and people-first mobility platform.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy across the Region, focusing on Passenger Acquisition, Retention, and Brand GrowthTranslate business goals into integrated, full-funnel marketing plans, combining performance, brand, offline channels, and partnershipsDrive customer-centric growth, deeply understanding user behavior, needs, and regional nuances across marketsLead the development of strong local brand positioning, ensuring consistency while allowing for cultural relevanceLead efficient allocation and optimization of marketing investments, ensuring measurable impact on key business metricsBuild, lead, and inspire a high-performing, matrix-structured team across multiple marketsCollaborate closely with cross-functional leaders (Product, Operations, Analytics, PR, etc.) to deliver scalable and impactful initiativesContinuously improve marketing effectiveness, leveraging experimentation, insights, and innovationMentor and develop senior marketing leaders, fostering a strong leadership bench across the regionSkills,
