Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice and information about appliances and phone products to customers.Demonstrate product features, usage, and benefits to improve customer experience.Stay updated on product specifications, market trends, and competitors.Assist in visual merchandising and product display.Support the sales team in achieving individual and store sales targets.Handle customer inquiries and resolve product-related concerns.Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for product availability and updates.QualificationsEducation: At least college level or Senior High School (SHS) graduate.Experience: Experience in retail (big or small) is a plus.SkillsStrong product knowledge in appliances and mobile phone products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.Able to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment.Gender: Open to any gender.
