As a Transition Tools & Reporting - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and strategizing within our Managed Services practice.
You will be at the forefront of client support, utilizing your skills to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities
Analyzing complex problems to develop and implement strategic solutions within managed services
Leading the design and development of automation frameworks to enhance operational efficiency
Managing stakeholder engagement to align project objectives with client expectations
Overseeing the delivery of business process automation initiatives to drive transformation
Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize service delivery and improve operational performance
Coordinating project planning and delivery to meet timelines and budgetary constraints
Implementing continuous process improvement strategies to enhance service management
Conducting process performance analysis to identify opportunities for optimization
Facilitating risk documentation and operational risk management to mitigate potential issues
Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and technical skills development
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 - 6 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Hands on experience with AI, Power BI, Power Automate, a wide range of Tools, MS365 products, Copilot, Claude Code and/or other AI / Agentic products, and Azure Hyperscaler
Excellent understanding of Managed Service Delivery - Technical Project Management /Architecture & Design methods
Experience working with teams for implementing Quality for varied technologies (e.g. ERP applications, bespoke applications, Infra, Cloud, Testing, Data Analytics) and implementing remote connectivity / networking solutions during the Transition phase.
