APERCON is searching for a CEO Integral to lead and scale an international iGaming ecosystem built on a proprietary platform across multiple markets.

The role focuses on building a strong global management architecture , managing country managers , and expanding operations across Mexico, Africa, Asia and Tier-1 markets .

? Key responsibilities

- Build global management structure for multi-regional iGaming operations
- Lead and scale existing gaming assets on a proprietary platform
- Manage regional expansion across Mexico, Africa, Asia and Tier-1 markets
- Supervise country managers and regional leadership teams
- Drive growth, operational performance and market expansion

Key requirements

- Executive leadership experience in iGaming / betting / online casino
- Proven track record of scaling global B2C gaming operations
- Experience managing multi-regional teams and country managers
- Strong strategic and operational leadership skills
- Fluent English
