Job Requirements
Bachelors degree holder
With at least 3-5 years of experience as warehouse supervisor
With at least 1-2 years of experience in team lead or supervisory
Amenable to work in Technopark, Binan Laguna
Can attend face to face interview is a big advantage
Responsibilities
Supervise, train, schedule, coach,



and motivate warehouse associates, ensuring tasks are assigned effectively and performance is monitored.
Coordinate all inbound (receiving) and outbound (shipping) logistics, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and resolving discrepancies.
Enforce strict safety standards (like OSHA), security protocols, and company policies to ensure a secure and compliant environment.
Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement changes to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
Measure and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to management.
