We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as General Solution Lead (GSL) OneStream Forecasting and xP&A.In; this role you will be responsible for improving Autoliv's OneStream forecasting and planning solution, ensuring it meets business needs and reporting standards acting as an extension of the Business Control Team.The role acts as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving system enhancements, supporting operations, and safeguarding data quality and processes.
It involves leading change initiatives, coordinating complex enhancements, and ensuring robust governance, data integrity, and adherence to best practices.In addition, the role includes administrative tasks, troubleshooting support, oversees documentation and training, and drives continuous improvement and simplification of processes.In This Role You WillBe Autoliv's OneStream xP&A; solution ownerAct as a bridge between stakeholders (Group, Divisional, Functions)Ensure smooth day-to-day businessEnsure data integrity and governanceMaintain documentation, training materials,



and user guidanceLong-term roadmap planningDrive continuous improvements and simplificationLead change management and enhancements including impact assessments.and if you have/are:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related fieldMaster of MBA would be considered a plusFluency in English is requiredWorked as a Financial Controller at some point, preferably at a manufacturing companyExperience from enterprise planning processes (FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning)Experience designing driver-based and multidimensional planning modelsHands‐on experience with EPM tools & systems management (e.G., OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning)OneStream Certified Professional is preferredExperience in finance transformationProficiency in data modeling (dimensions, hierarchies, allocations, assumptions)Then we will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.In our international work setting, you will find a range of opportunities that are designed to enhance your career and personal development.
