As an Analyst, Reporting, you will be responsible for designing, generating, and maintaining payroll reports,



ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting audit activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data integrity and process efficiency.

This role reports to the Payroll Manager and does not have direct reports.

What will you do:
- Design, generate, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc payroll reports for internal stakeholders, including Finance, HR, and Compliance.
- Analyze payroll trends and metrics to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Support audit and compliance activities by preparing documentation and responding to data requests.
- Monitor payroll KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership through dashboards and visual reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
