Responsibilities

- Provide leadership for process control.
- Resolve problems with suppliers and customers.
- Support the corrective action system (internal and external).
- Offer technical support to manufacturing engineering regarding product quality and design functions.
- Define quality gauge requirements for processes.
- Lead QC engineers and technicians.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing on capacity studies, gauge R&R;, and DOE.
- Perform activities related to safety.




- Carry out any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the department supervisor.

Qualifications

- College degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 80 % bilingual proficiency.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000.
- Proficiency in geometric tolerances and blue‑print reading.
- Experience with PFMEA, DOE, QFD, PPAP, and APQP.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in quality control.
- Good judgment and communication skills.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
