In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, support a team of professionals, and drive business growth.
This role requires managing diverse responsibilities, from team management and compliance to process optimization and revenue-driving initiatives.
The position offers a competitive base salary with unlimited earning potential through performance-based commissions
**What You'll Do**:
- ** Team Leadership**: Manage and coordinate the daily activities of a team of professionals, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- ** Staff Development**:Support team members by providing organizational guidance, coaching, and development in key areas like time management, productivity, and conflict resolution.
- ** Operational Oversight**:Supervise administrative staff to ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all operations.
- ** Process Improvement**:Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance team performance through process improvements, using data and market research to identify new opportunities.
- ** Client & Project Coordination**:Oversee the coordination of key projects, ensuring that the necessary documentation and resources are provided,



and meetings and deliverables are executed effectively.
- ** Performance Monitoring**:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, regularly reporting on progress and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- ** Onboarding**:Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new staff, ensuring smooth integration into the team and alignment with the company's objectives.
- ** Revenue Growth**: Support the business's overall growth by ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to successful project completions and new business initiatives.
- ** Commission-Based Performance**:Earn commissions based on business performance, successful project completions, and achievement of team goals
**What We're Looking For**:
- Bachelor's degree in a field that sets your soul on fire, whether it's in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years in office management, team coordination, or a related field, preferably in a dynamic business environment.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to coach and mentor team members to drive higher performance
- Travel to the US may be required.
**What We Offer**:
- $25,000 - $30,000 pesos per month + Unlimited commission potential based on business performance and project completions
- Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
