Oracle Payroll Cloud Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Cloud Functional Consultant to join a long-term project based in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Duration: Long-Term

Experience: 10–14 Years

Key Requirements:

- 10–14 years of experience in Oracle HCM with strong functional expertise in Oracle Payroll Cloud.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Payroll Cloud implementation projects.
- Proven experience with Oracle Payroll Cloud for Mexico.
- Strong background in Payroll Cloud production support and issue resolution.
- Expertise in Payroll Configuration, Payroll Elements, Payroll Balances, Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, Costing, and Payroll Processing.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live support.
- Exposure to payroll integrations, HCM Extracts, and BI Reports is preferred.
- Knowledge of other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits) is an added advantage.
- Willingness to support critical 24×7 P1 production incidents, as required.
