Entry-level Inbound Sales Representatives
We are currently hiring Entry-level Inbound Sales Representatives to support a well-established education-focused organization that helps students take the next step toward their academic and career goals.
This fully remote opportunity is for candidates based in Mexico who are passionate about customer service, sales, and helping others through important life decisions during a high-volume enrollment period.
About the Role
In this role, you will handle inbound calls from prospective learners interested in exploring available educational programs.
Representatives will guide students through the enrollment process, answer questions, provide program information, and, in some cases, assist with payment collection.
We are looking for friendly, motivated, and consultative communicators who can build rapport naturally and create a positive experience for every caller in a fast‐paced environment.
Hours of Operation
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM ESTSaturday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM ESTSunday: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM EST
Compensation




$5.50 USD per hourPaid weekly in arrearsIndependent Contractor position
Work Schedule
Daily shifts of 9.6 hours (including an hour break)48 hours per weekMonday to Sunday with 2 rotating days offWeek 1: Saturday and Sunday offWeek 2: One day off on the weekend and one day off during the week

Requirements
Customer service and sales‐oriented mindsetStrong English verbal communication skillsReliable, stable, wired internet connectionProper headset and monitorPrevious customer service and sales experience is highly preferred
Equipment
We will provide a laptop; however, to be considered for this role, you must have an additional screen, a headset, and a stable, wired internet connection.
