What’s in it for you?

- Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (paid as a contractor for tax benefits)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, with some overlap with U.S. hours
- Commissions: $500–$1,000+/month

What will you be doing?

- Build and manage candidate pipelines for new searches across 2-3 verticals (including tech and finance/accounting)
- Partner closely with 2–3 recruiters to understand role requirements, target markets, and sourcing priorities.
- Consistently meet or exceed sourcing metrics (qualified, high-quality submissions), and contribute directly to team hiring goals!
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and creative sourcing methods to identify top talent
- Collaborate with the team to share insights, refine sourcing strategies, and celebrate wins!
