pipelines.Implement and optimize cloud-based DevOps infrastructure and automation.Lead Configuration & Release Management processes to ensure reliable and efficient deployments.Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across development and deployment workflows.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by defining and promoting DevOps best practices and standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic guidance across multiple teams.Review and optimize infrastructure, automation, and deployment strategies to support scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.Influence key technical decisions and deliver solutions that can be adopted across multiple teams and business units.Required SkillsMaster proficiency in Copado DevOps ImplementationExpert in Configuration & Release ManagementAdvanced knowledge of:Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)DevOps methodologiesCloud AutomationContinuous Improvement TechniquesStrong knowledge of infrastructure automation and deployment strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead technical initiatives and influence engineering best practices.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a DevOps professional with strong hands-on Copado experience who has successfully implemented and supported enterprise DevOps solutions.
