The intern will be responsible for the active search and management of agreements with external providers, database analysis and development, as well as supporting the planning and execution of employee benefits-related events.Project ObjectiveSupport the management, communication, creation, and follow‐up of benefits providers, as well as the development of databases for the area.Support the planning and execution of the Benefits Fair.Challenges for the StudentLearn about Compensation & Benefits processes.Communicate with external vendors and service providers.Develop new professional skills.Build relationships with different departments and supervisors at various organizational levels.Learn and use new digital tools.Work with multidisciplinary teams.Main Responsibilities And Activities To Be Carried OutVendor Management and External RelationsConduct proactive searches for new partnerships with universities, gyms, restaurants, financial institutions, recreational centers,
and other service providers.Follow up on existing agreements and manage renewals when necessary.Identify opportunities to improve and expand the benefits portfolio.Coordinate and follow up on meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders.Database Development and AdministrationDesign, update, and maintain databases related to benefits, vendors, and employees.Generate reports, metrics, and analyses to support decision‐making within the area.Support process automation through digital tools.Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy.Data Analysis and DigitalizationDevelop dashboards and reports using Excel (VBA), Power BI, and other analytical tools.Maintain digital tools built in Power Apps.Support the identification of trends and opportunities through data analysis.Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects within the area.Events and CommunicationSupport the planning, logistics, and execution of the Benefits Fair and other employee events.Coordinate promotional materials and communications for benefits campaigns.Collaborate with Internal Communications and Human Resources teams to maximize employee participation.Specific Requirements / QualificationsSoft skills and competenciesActive undergraduate student in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Currently enrolled between the 6th and 9th semester (expected graduation date: July **** or later).
Minimum availability of 6 months; 1 year preferred.Availability to work on‐site at the Ricardo Margain offices in San Pedro Garza García.Advanced English proficiency.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint, Power Apps, and Power BI).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.Highly organized.
Proactive, detail‐oriented, with strong interpersonal skills, problem‐solving abilities, and excellent time management and prioritization skills.Open to learning new skills and concepts.
