This role focuses on analyzing business processes, designing system solutions, and driving continuous improvement through SAP Plant Maintenance expertise.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business processes and design system solutions aligned with organizational goals.Assess current business models and define future-state solutions.Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.Develop process maps and detailed documentation for current and future processes.Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams for seamless integration.Perform data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.Provide training and support to end-users to improve system adoption.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and contribute to key project decisions.Lead and support team activities,
