Analyze and resolve customer complaints, generate preventive and / or corrective internal and external actions.

Develop and implement strategies for Storage and Shipping at external warehouses including

Preserve and control operational costs

Education:

- Bachelor Degree
- Shipping and Traffic Management
- Knowledge of import/export regulations
- Bilingual English/Spanish (Written and Spoken)
- Experience managing warehousing teams.
- Experience conducting cycle counts an physical inventories.
- Knowledge of BPCS (AS400) main Menus

Desirable Requirements:

- Understanding of ISO9000 requirements
- Knowledge of documentation used by carriers
- Understanding of basic Microsoft programs
- 5's Principles and FIFO management.
