The purpose of this role is to work with potential customers to obtain a CDL in one of our facilities, providing great customer service as the program gets explained in detail about what makes us better than the competitors.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5 pm (MX) Location: Queretaro
Abilities
Advanced English required
Must be proficient at typing
Must be strong in computer navigation skills
Must have friendly, customer service skills

Activities
Manage inquiries to achieve prompt contact and performance activity.
Schedule and conduct interviews, pursue qualified candidates for enrollment.
Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment.
Responsible for recruiting qualified applicants in accordance with state and federal accreditation and Institute policies and regulations.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Assist drivers in understanding CR England's fuel program and managing fuel expenses.
