Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field preferred.
- 3 to 5 years managing software development teams.
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban, to deliver solutions.
- Experience in all scrum ceremonies.
- Leadership and management experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Conversational English.
