118-WW TMG MFG OPS is seeking Production Specialists to support our manufacturing environment at the assembly test site. In assembly/test/probe environments, you will operate various equipment performing functions such as wafer scribe and break, die sort, die attach, lead bonding and seal, test, or mark and pack.
You will also check and inspect operation against predetermined tolerances and perform device changes and/or tool kit setups according to the production schedule.
