Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc)

- Manage and monitor service orders and maintenance tickets
- Liaise with vendors and contractors
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure all facilities meet safety and operational standards
- Coordinate cleaning, reception, pantry, and waste management services
- Monitor soft service providers' performance and quality delivery
- Ensure workplace experience standards are consistently met across all sites
- Rotate across Zentralia, Toreo, and Work Polanco as operational needs require
- Ensure consistency of facilities standards and procedures across all locations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and landlords at each site
