We're looking for a Sales Operations Resolution Representative to join our Sales Operations Resolution Team (SORT), where you'll play a key role supporting sales teams across the United States and Canada, helping resolve operational issues, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to strategic business initiatives.What you'll do:Resolve operational and customer issues related to deliveries, pickups, and service interruptions.Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to provide timely solutions.Support strategic projects, including Network 2.0 initiatives .
Investigate root causes, develop action plans,



and ensure successful resolution.Help improve customer experience by identifying trends and recommending process improvements.Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What we're looking for:2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Sales Support, or Operations Support .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Ability to work with multiple teams while meeting tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Advanced English (spoken and written) .
