Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement Pega-based business solutions. The role involves working closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver scalable, high-quality applications while adhering to Pega best practices. Healthcare domain experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and configure Pega applications, workflows, and case management solutions
• Implement business rules, integrations, and user interfaces following Pega guidelines
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and define solutions
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Support deployment, post-production support, and system enhancements
• Maintain documentation of application design, configurations, and processes
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives




• Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization

Required Experience & Skills
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development (PRPC 7.x/8.x)
• Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management, Business Rules, and UI/UX design
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS) and data mapping
• Knowledge of Pega Guardrails, performance tuning, and reusable components
• Experience with Agile methodology and SDLC
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Healthcare domain experience (payer/provider systems preferred)
• Pega certification (CSA/CPBA/CPMC)
• Experience in Pega deployment, DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Java, SQL, or other supporting technologies
