The Marketing Procurement Specialist is responsible for strategic marketing sourcing activities.
Their main functions include issuing requests for proposals (RFPs), analyzing data, presenting supplier scenarios to negotiate agreements, and ensuring compliance with the Global Procurement Policy to optimize total value for PPG.
They also develop information analysis from national or regional perspectives for strategic procurement, monitor marketing contracts, and streamline processes to meet departmental requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Regional Sourcing Leader in the marketing strategy, presenting analyses for the implementation of strategy‐related projects.
Provide support and guidance to stakeholders and the purchasing team and promote best practices where appropriate.
Prepare local category information to align with the global sourcing strategy.
Identify opportunities for the leader to implement solutions that ensure incremental cost reductions and cost avoidance opportunities through category knowledge, research, and understanding of industry trends.
Collaborate closely with relevant teams to evaluate, optimize, and implement projects.
Present spend breakdown and analysis of information.
Conduct and support training initiatives to ensure compliance with program initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing industry procurement.
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with required presentation experience.




Experience using systems or platforms to present analyzed information at an executive level.
Strong time‐management skills and frustration tolerance.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative while being a team player.
Proactive, hands‐on and results oriented, embracing a finish‐centric mindset.
