An important integral financial services company is looking for "Accounting & Tax Manager" based in Mexico City.General Objective: Protect the financial integrity of a fast-growing operation and help shape the business from the inside.
Reporting directly to the CFO Mexico, you'll lead all accounting, financial reporting, and tax activities for the country ensuring full compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and Group standards, while acting as a true business partner to senior leadership.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to influence, simplify, and drive continuous improvement across a complex, multinational environment.Requierements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and tax roles, preferably within a multinational environment in Mexico.
- Experience in Big Four environment- Advanced English Level- Proven track record managing statutory audits and tax authorities (SAT), with zero-defect execution under scrutiny.
- Experience in leasing, financial services, or asset-intensive industries is a strong advantage.Responsabilites:- Accounting & Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly, quarterly,



and annual closings under IFRS and Mexican GAAP.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, manage Group consolidation reporting, supervise general ledger and account reconciliations, and lead statutory audits alongside external auditors.
- Tax Management: Ensure full compliance with Mexican tax regulations (ISR, VAT, withholding taxes).
Lead tax planning and optimization strategies aligned with Group guidelines, manage tax audits and interactions with SAT, and keep the organization current on legislative and regulatory changes.
- Internal Controls & Compliance: Maintain and strengthen the internal control framework (SOX controls).
Minimize financial, tax, and compliance risks, implement governance standards, and support internal and external audit processes and remediation plans.
- Business Partnering: Provide financial and tax insights to support key business decisions on pricing, structuring, and new products.
Support fleet financing and leasing structures, collaborate with Treasury, FP&A;, Legal, and Operations, and participate in strategic projects including M&A; integration and system transformation.Job Offer:Competitive SalarySuperior Law Benefits
